Public site

The contact form validates and emails your submission to MavX Tech. Message bodies are not stored in the application database. Basic abuse-prevention metadata may be processed temporarily.

Private portal

The operations portal is single-user and protected by Cloudflare Access. Sensitive memory and mailbox-derived fields are encrypted before database storage. Mailbox credentials remain on the local runner and are never uploaded.

Control

The portal provides export and hard-deletion controls. Audit records avoid retaining sensitive content. This policy will be updated before a public commercial launch.
